Edit User Upload Form

Hello,

I want to remove a few fields from the User Upload form? Can anyone point me to the file that contains the form?

Hi, if you mean Phoca Gallery, see:

or for Phoca Download:
components/com_phocadownload/views/user/tmpl/ ...
