Phoc_t and error log

My error log is getting full each day with this message and making it difficult to find any other error messages:

[client 94.4.59.11] File does not exist: /home/ukcphipc/public_html/hipc/templates/phoca_t/images/hbg.png

I borrowed the hbg.png image from another template and it has the effect of placing the image behind my custom Site Title etc.

The error appears to be called any time I change a page.

I am using Windows 7 and Joomla 1.7.3

Any ideas.
