Place map component into an article

First of thank you for your great work.
There is just a small question. Im running phoca maps on Joomla 2.5. I just saw that the plugin is not (yet) available for 2.5. Is there any possibility to put the component into an article, because I would like to add some text.

The Phoca Maps Plugin works with Joomla 2.5. I use it....

Phoca Maps Plugin is a Joomla! plugin. With Phoca Maps Plugin you can display one or more than one Google Map on your site (in the article). You can display the map or only link to selected map. When user click on this link, the map will be displayed in Modal Box window or in standard Popup window.
