PDF plug in not functioning

I can not get the PDF to work on the menu. The plug in is activated. The site is running Joomla 2.5.4

Hi, I see, do you get the same behaviour, when you disable SEF?

Hi Jan,
yesterday i bought the Phoca Restaurant Menu Pro (thanks again for your fast response), and now i have the same problem here. When i disable SEF, the PDF will be generated. Do you have an idea, how to solve that problem?
The System: Joomla 3.8.3
PHP: 7.0.25

Hi, can you send me a link to the page where this occurs? What happens when you enable SEF but without the suffixes?
