Admin area problems...

I've a couple of problems in administration area of 2.1.6 version:
1.- the 1st problem is that the file list looks empty (while all files appears in the frontend),
2.- i tryed to enable the "play" botton for mp3, but nothing happens.
Can you tell me how to fix those problems?
In case they're bugs, i hope you'll provide, asap. Thanks.
