Change slideshow default photo

Hello,

This is my second joomla/phoca website, but it seems I've forgotten everything.
I downloaded the Phoca Rhein template, Phoca Gallery, Phoca Image Module, and the Floom Slideshow. I've been trying to change the default photo that comes in the Phoca Rhein template right below the top menu, but cannot figure it out. How can I do this? Please help

Hi,
the default Phoca Rhein image is called img.jpg and is located in:
/templates/phoca_rhein/images
you can create your own image. It should have the size 970x230px.
Overwrite the default img.jpg with your img.jpg
