Preview button not showing pdf files and gives error

Hi all, I installed this component and everything work great except pdf preview. When i upload the jpg file and it works good and show preview in light box but when I upload the pdf document then preview button triggers the 500 internal server error in new window.
Joomla version = 2.5
template = cloudbase

Pls help.... thanks in advance

Its working now... Found the permissions issue. When I reset the permissions then it works fine......... Thanks
