No User Upload Layout option

Hi,

I have downloaded Phoca Download to use on my Joomla 1.7 website and have successfully uploaded a file to a category. I then started following your instructions from Phoca Documentation and when it says select "User Upload Layout", I only have the option of "User Upload"...no Layout on the end.

This means that I can't set my parameters and follow the rest of the steps. I downloaded the last option download site.

Please help!
