arrow not visible for submenu

I'm upgrading my website from joomla1.5 to 2.5. I first did the upgrade on a local server (XAMPP). I also decided to move to the Phoca-Phlic template. I did a few changes to make it fit with the colors of our organisation. It worked well on the local server, but for the upgrade online the down arrow does not show, even when there are submenu's available. I'm installing the samen components and modules as on the local server. So i have no clue where I should start to look to make this work.

Sorry, I didn't check yes for show menu-items in the module menu. So this one is solved now.
