Change wide of the picture

Hello,
I do have a question about my underneath site:
I would like to have the picture of the map as wide as the picture of the slide show above the map (850 px) and the height approximately as it is right now but I don't know how to fix that.
I have changed the underneath code in the CSS but that's only for the background and I don't want to change that but what do I have to change then?
Could somebody help me with this?
