Problems with breadcrumb-value after update 3.2 (on J!2.5)

Hello outthere,
as a Joomla newbie I've searched for a gallery-extension for my first J!Site that's easy to use and functional. Found it in Phoca which worked really fine and had all I needed - and still does. At this point....great work and thank you Jan for providing.
I had J!1.7 installed and a template from Joomlashack.com called "jubilee" when I first installed the Phoca Gallery Component and as I already said; it worked fine and both were perfect for my needs.
Now that I had to update the Joomla-Version to 2.5. and the Component to 3.2 I found a little difference on my frontend looking at the breadcrumb integrated in the template (it's not the breadcrumb-module which comes with J!).
I have a new value listed there. After the sites name and the name of the menu item there's the name of the Phoca Gallery I created. That one wasn't there before the update. I read the manual (also have the translation installed), documentary and searched for in local J! Helpdesk and here. People on the Joomla Helpdesk had many ideas but none of them fixed it, so I asked on Joomlashack (where the template comes from) and they told me that this must be a Phoca "issue".
So the question is, how can I set it off or hide the name of the gallery in my breadcrumb? I've searched for in the general option of the component and tried everything that could have something to do with it. Also checked every level of options in J!. From the general, to the particular item- and article related. But no success!!
