Download Section Menu Module Fails

Hi,
I have managed to install Phoca Download on Joomla 2.5.6 and it works very well from the menu. However I have also installed the Section Menu Module and assigned it to a position, however when I look at the site it doesn't show up. Checking ?tp=1 the position it active, so it has recognised that the module should be there, but nothing appears.
I have checked the error report which shows:
Does anyone recognise this and know how to fix it, as I'm still very new to this?
