Code execution time exceeded on some articles.

90% of the time phoca PDF correctly converts my articles to pdfs. But a few articles I get a 500 server error. I turned on PHP errors and code execution time runs out in tcpdf.php on different lines each time. I've checked the html mark-up and fonts in the problem article. I've also tried increasing the execution time in PHP from 30 seconds to two minutes.

Hi, try to recheck all the html output, maybe some plugin (content, system) is working there which can take the memory and time
