Hello,
seems to be successful with my migration, but I still have no user set in the backend. It´s not funny to change the owner and uploader manually for more than 200 files, is there a simple database query for changing that easier?
Thanks in advance,
Stephanie

Are the users set in your Joomla! Do they have the same IDs like in previous Joomla! installation?

Re: How to change user after migration?
No, and that´s the problem. In my old Joomla-Installation I´ve had the ID 66. After the migration I have ID 4. I could set the User manually from 66 to 4 in the backend, but there should be a database query for it. Unfortuanately I don´t know much about databases, and all searches with Google didn´t give me a hint to make it without killing my complete database...glad to have made a backup before

Hi, the problem is, the users are not stored and managed by the component but by Joomla! itself, so you need to recognize which tool changed the ID of the and why? But this is not related to the component

Okay, then I have to change the user to all items manually. That will be very boring

Hi, really no experiences there, don't know the reason, why the IDs of users changed in Joomla!
