upload files problem in the local server ?!

after install the phoca Download and the user Upload the file server send this mass ( please select Category ) but i am created the category and selected what the problem

Hi, does the user have rights to upload to this category (only category where the user has rights, is displayed for him)

Hi, but in administrator interface is OK these problem in the user Upload
i think problem in my local server Unicode i am using Arabic Language

Hi, yes, maybe this can be a problem, did you test to upload some ascii file?
