Show latest files in module?

I posted earlier about using an RSS feed for this, and I still could use that, but I don't really need an RSS feed so much as I need some way to post in a module all the latest files I have up for download. I run a music remix company, and I want the latest songs I add to show up in a module titled "Latest Songs" or something like that. I thought the easiest way would be with an RSS feed, but that was when I thought there was a built-in feed generator on Phoca Download.
I know that there is a way to do it, because another site that I visit that uses Phoca Download has a "New Files" module that does exactly what I am looking to do. The guy had his site developed for him though, so he doesn't know how to do what I need.

So does anyone know what I mean? And does anyone know how to do it?

Thanks Benno, I saw that. I had the module a few years ago but have upgraded to Joomla 3 now and still cant see how to get the module again.
