delete other users' file

Hello,

How can I let User A to delete User B's file at the front-end web page ? Both of them are not permitted to enter back-end.
Actually I tried to set the category's delete permission.
For example,
Both A and B have permission to upload an delete file to category A
Then,User A upload a file to category A
Now only user A can delete file, where user B to delete file???

Hi, for now deleting can be done in UCP, so only owner can delete the files, the delete rights function is prepared to extend this feature in future versions
