PhocaPDF not working with SEF (core / sh404SEF)

Good afternoon,
on my Joomla 1.5.26 website I've noticed that, after activating sh404SEF, PHOCA PDF plugin stopped working.
With sh404sef deactivated, PDF icon (on top right inside article header bar) works well.
But if I activate sh404SEF, PhocaPDF stop working, showing up the same page without PDF render (even if I select to force PDF download inside PhocaPDF options).
I've also manually deactivated PhocaPDF inside sh404SEF component rules (configurations), but with the same results.
I'm using sh404SEF, but the error occurs also with Joomla core SEF.
Maybe there's something involving with .htaccess file?
Can you please help me out on this?
