Hello,

Using Phoca Download V2.1.6
Joomla V2.5.7

I'm trying to link to several categories that contain different types of files on one Student file repository page. When I do that and test the page and open, the download works, but the file play does not work. I get the message that says:
You have no rights to access this category

I have assigned the user the right to access the category , so why will it not play I logged in as that specific user to test this out. No matter what, I can't play the files. The Playing file is in the phocadownloadpap folder in the student's folder as it should be.

Hmm, watched the video and tested it on my localhost, get no such behaviour, really no idea what can be wrong there, maybe some cache issue

How can I look into that to see if it is a cache issue? Would it be a setting in Joomla that I need to change?

Should I take a screenshot of the file settings in case I've got something in there that is causing this?

Hi, just see the global configuration of Joomla! if cache is enabled or not. (but maybe there are some other limits on the server - for now I am not able to say some clue info as testing it but getting no such problem )
