Change size of invoice to add advertisement using footer

Hi,
I would like to make the receipt and invoice body smaller, so the footer can be enlarged.
Then I can simply edit the footer to just place out latest offers and products in this area.
Has anyone used the footer for this other than just a bit of text?

I know I can add text, but I want to add a big image at the bottom that say takes up 1/5 of the invoice page. The footer works great but to get it to fit on one page I need to shift the rest of the invoice up or am I missing something?

Hi, yes, you can set padding of top and bottom, so whole content can be moved

Do you mean Margin under the Site tab or Foot Margin in the footer section as can not find any refernce to "padding"
Many thanks

Hi, you can change both and test it - one moves the footer second footer plus change the place for content.

so roughley how would I go about adding say where a A4 sheet the top 20% is and advert the middle 60% is the normal invoice and the 20% on the bottom is another ad. Not sure how the footers and other values would relate to this.

Hi, the pdf creating works such way (I din't develop it, only describe how this works):
- header
- body
- footer
If you set top margin or bottom margin, it means there will be more place for header and footer but in such case the body will be cut (as the places needs to be used for footer and header) ... and you can do margin inside one area too (e.g. inside header) which means a free place in header - it is not set by percentage but by fixed values.

Okay,
so I I enable foot and set
Display footer Yes
Display Footer line no
Footer data (image 2cm high by 5 cm wide)
Footer data Align justify
Footer display pagination No
Footer font type freemomo
Footer font size 10pt
Footer font style regular
footer cel height ratio 1.2
footer margin 20mm
Then at the site level
Margin Bottom: 100mm
Then I should be able to add the image in
Thanks for the help
