Front End Users - Allow Access to Thumbnail & WYSIWYG

Hi Jan:

I'm trying to set up Phoca Downloads for an intranet site. I'm hoping to allow registered users (at author level) to have permission to access some additional fields that the admins have access to in the backend. Currently with the front end upload utility, they can only add a non-formatted description, their name, email etc... Is there a way to give front end uploaders access to things like the 'thumbnail' and the WYSIWYG editor for the description? I didn't see any settings for this.

Thanks for your time.

Hi, there is no such feature, this needs to be customized in the code (in the frontend, only description without html code is allowed.)

Hi,

Is there a way do do this in the code easily? As in, let the user choose a thumbnail for each category...

Thanks,
