Doc Files being converted

Just recently we began getting garbled downloads on our .doc files when saving to the desktop. We also get a conversion window when trying to open the .doc files when downloading.

Nothing has changed on the site so not sure why these are now a problem? We are using Joomla 1.5.26 with PD version 1.3.9. PDF's are downloading fine and open up fine. It's just the Word files that are now a problem? I test the same site files locally on MAMP and everything works fine.

Hi, sorry, I don't understand? Phoca Download only mediates downloading between server and the browser, there is no option to somehow modify the downloaded file :idea:
