Hello,
I set the max upload limit >100 MB and also in the Joomla upload limit.
In the front end after uploading a file of 20mb, the file is not being listed.
URGENT! File not visible after frontend upload

Hi, ask your webhosting provider for limits. Servers has upload and download limits and other limits (POST variable, etc.) which can limit this.
