Preview doesn't work in some pc

Dear:
I can use preview on my pc with IE8 or Firefox 15
BUT,In another ,I use the same IE8 or Firefox 15.
When I click preview button,It show the message that want me to save or open it.
Is there some problem?

Hi, check installed plugins in your PC, maybe some of them which is necessary for displaying the file is missing

What kind of pligins should I check?
In Client PC or In server?
if in server,some pc can see the download.
if in cleint pc,how to note the clint that he loss some plugins?

Hi, Phoca Download uses common used players, so depends on which file should be previewed (image with standard image brwosers, mp3 e.g. with flash players, etc.) - on client's PC not on the server as the preview works in browser/plugin
