I wanted to change the page number "menu" in all front-end views to be horizontal instead of vertical but can't find where the code is written. Can you tell me which file its in so I can do that?

Hi, pagination should be styled by template CSS - you can see pagination in code:
e.g. components/com_phocadownload/views/e.g. category/tmpl/ ...
