I have a problem I can not solve ...

The image below shows my files but can not delete them and not edit them via the user page.

How do I enable these buttons?

Ps: All these files are owned by the user logged into the system itself.

Hi, not these rights but rights for the category

are these rights have to be set for eatch catagory set manualy ?
or is it possible to set rights for all catagory's at ones?
