[Comment] Can't sign in category

When working with a Phoca gallery (3.2.3) on a Joomla 2.5.9 system upgraded from 1.5, I found
a couple of categories that had been signed out and not in. I could not access these articles, and
I could not find a way to do it from the admin menu, like normal Joomla articles can.

I solved it by using phpMyAdmin to modify a table in the database (X_phocagallery_categories),
but this should really be possible to do from the admin menu.
