Uninstalling Phoca download, got error 505

Hi,
I've installed phoca download component on joomla, then I had to uninstall it and as I did this, the item still remained in "component", but as I clicked on it, it gave me the HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error). After this, I couldn't upload component anymore.
Some help?
(I'm italian, so sorry if I wrote something that isn't so clear)
