I just installed the lates version 1.0.5 in the lates stable joomla 1.5.8 and using firefox when I try to create a new file, when I click on 'File' the window appear but when I try to click 'Browse file' to look to the file to add, it doesnt do anything. no message no error nothing.
I tried the same with IE7 and the file browser appears but when I choose the file and click start upload, I get an javascript error
the object doesnt support this property or method.
i click no several times till this error disappears and I can continue and use that uploaded file.

any idea about the error?

Hi, I didn't try 1.5.8 yes, so I will try it and change for the next version...

In your settings for phoca at the bottom there's a enable flash uploader option. Set this to NO and you should be able to upload. This is a problem with Joomla 1.5.8!

see the redbox over the forum, it is a new security upgrade from adobe and it should be fixed in some new versions of Joomla! (in 1.5.8 it is not ready yet)
