Access error on fresh install

Hi there

I am getting the PHOCADOWNLOAD_NO_RIGHTS_ACCESS_CATEGORY error on http://site.smc-safety.co.uk/jupgrade/i ... ads/tester.

I have check the database and all seems to be working as it should (prefix) etc.

The site has been upgraded from 1.5, this seems to be my last part of the puzzle that is upgrading a Joomla site and template from 1.5 to 2.5.

Hope someone can help.

ps - its a fresh install of phoca not an upgrade for 1.5.

I had an older default.php file in the com_phocadownload of the template. Mark as solved.
