Apparently bug: Finder plugin and access restrictions

Hello everybody!
First of all: During typing of the subject I had to notice I have no idea how the labels in the English Joomla installation in backend are labeled. Sorry for possibly wrong option label texts!
If a file or a category has access right for a special access level and they appear in search result, a non logged in user is able to click the link in search result. After this he is redirected to an empty site content (where normally is the main content generated). I think there should come an error message to inform the user he's not allowed to view this file because of access restrictions (and he has to log in to see the file).
