Hello,
I use the template Protostar and when I want to download in the front-end of the site the download button sends me to a blank page with no error message and no download .... This is exactly the same in backend .... It indicates, however, that the file was downloaded "x" times ... I made a CHMOD 775 on the download folder .... Nothing better!
