Phoca Gallery Content plugin breaking IE

I have been using the Phoca Gallery plugin for years, and I recently used it on a Joomla 2.5.9 website, using Phoca Gallery version 3.2.3 and the plugin version 3.2.0. It appears to be overriding all of my css files, breaking the entire template of my website. The strange thing is, the pages that I am actually calling the plugin don't have a broken template. Is anyone else running into this issue?

Update: This is using IE 9 and earlier.

The problem is that the plugin loads a css script inline in the head for every category that you have. In my case, I had upwards of 75 categories, therefore the plugin was loading 75 inline css scripts and IE was not having it.

I commented out all of the css generation in the plugin, and everything is working well now.
