How to translate to spanish

Hi again!
I've followed the howto about installing languages, but phoca download still appears in English insted Spanish.
Any change in v3.0.0 Beta (22 march)?

Hi, is the spanish translation up-to-date?
Are all strings in English or only some (if some, seems like the spanish is not up-to-date, if all then seems like the translation was not loaded - not set, or files missing, etc.
)

You have the correct code for archive?
I put the two files in portal/lenguage/es-ES/ and portal/administrator/lenguage/es-ES
And the archive must to start with es-ES, not only es...
