Uploaded documents do not appear in front end admin menu

We have a User Menu with a menu item for Phoca Download > User Upload. However, the list of previously-uploaded documents does not appear, in order to be able to administer those files from the front end. The headings appear - Title, Published, Delete, Active, etc. - but no documents are listed beneath. This site is Joomla! 2.5.9 and Phoca Download 2.1.8. Thanks!

Hi, does the user who display the documents in the ucp rights to access them and is a owner of these files?

Thanks, Jan. There was no "owner" assigned to any of the documents. We had created the files in the backend as superadmin. Our client is a front-end publisher, and we've now made them the "owner", which means they can now see the documents in the front end in their user menu (but we cannot, since they are the owner and we are not). Thanks again. Also, can there be more than one owner, so that we can see the documents in our own front-end cp, too?

Hi, no only one owner can be set. In frotnend in UCP, only owner can manage the files. You as administrator can do it fully in administration
