I see NO images

I cannot see any images. Where can I read the solution about this terrible problem?

And... in Phoca Gallery Control Panel I don't have the [Parameters] button.

Any idea?

I have to unistall and forget PHOCA?

Which Phoca Gallery Module are you using?
Can you see your categories and images with a normal menu link to Phoca Gallery Component (List of Categories type)?
