Adsense blocking per referer or user agent

Hi, hope you can help. I have lately been seeing invalid clicks on my adsense, some of you might have noticed it as well..

I understand it currectly is not supported, but was wondering if its possible to add or give me manual solution to block adsense depending referer or user again similar to how we can currently block per IP in the module?

Basically, I would like to show ads only to search engine visitors or/and dont show ads to high-end mobile device visitors.

Hi, I think, there is a problem because the user agent, etc. can be easily faked - I get daily many spam attacks with faked header (search engines), so I think, this will not help
