I don't know much about this stuff, but what I do now is some people are getting error messages when they try to use download something using PHOCA, they get a report
jos-Warning: JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING they is a bunch of other stuff too, (someone sent me what popped up when they tried to download) but they are links and you said not to put URL's in the message.
Anyone know anything about this, HELP PLEASE??

Hi, which version of Joomla! or Phoca Download you are using? Where do you get this error?
