PDF Download does not work

Hello,
I've installed the latest Beta Version of Phoca Download (V 3.0.0) at my Joomla 3.1. installation
The problem is that I can not downlaod any PDF files. That means, I can upload PDFs, Docs, Gifs, JPEGs, and download everything but PDF.
When I click on the PDF download link the page refreshes but no download is initialized. With Docs and JPEGs it works.
I've also tried with Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox,the downlaod won't start.
Can someone please check if it's a general bug or if it's just a bug in my installation.

No idea why, didn't change anything but it works now.
