Adding play button to file view

Great component first of all. I wish to add a play button to the file view. Is there to do this?

Hi, no there is no such option, so this needs to be customized directly in the code. Copy the behaviour from category view to file view.

I have a similar question. I see the PLAY/PREVIEW buttons that show up in the "List of Files (Category View)" Menu Item Type that show/play files stored in the phocadownloadap folder. I am trying to get those same PLAY/PREVIEW buttons in the "File View" Menu Item Type.

If I understand your above advice, we should copy

I tried this, and there is a play button in the Category View, but no play button in File View.

Hi, see the layout area in administration - not all parts can be set in all views. There is set which parts you can paste to each view.

we''d like to show a preview button on single file view as well. Could you do a custom job for us? Maybe you could give me a quote and a timeframe.
