Unable to get PhocaMenu Lite to work...

Not the most descript topic I realize. It says this is been uploaded successfully (Joomla 2.5) however, I can't get the menu item pics to work. I get a series of errors. And this, for my customer, is the MOST important aspect of their menu. It says PhocaGallery isn't installed (which it is) and here are the errors.
Phoca Gallery is not installed on your system
Return to Control Panel
