Files not showing in backend

i have uploaded files in the backend administrator for phoca download, but they are missing / not showing in the list of files. here is a screenshot screencast.com/t/tP2N9NaG3
i tried changing the permissions for the phocadownload folder from 755 to 777 and did not work. i also ran the sql solution on this forum for the missing userid column

Did you recently upgrade Phoca Download?

Hi, did you add them to the system (e.g. in multiple add view in admin)

Please forgive the intrusion of someone who admittedly knows very little, but I think I see the problem.
I believe the files you uploaded will appear when you create a new file and click on the button next to the "Filename:*" blank. The spot you printscreened does not show the raw files to be downloaded. It shows the file that controls how the files you uploaded are presented on the download screen.
