I downloaded phoca download beta for joomla 3.0, however, is there any way to link to the files since the phoca download plugin is not yet compatible to joomla 3.0?

I have the same problem on Joomla 3.0, I have designed a document management navigation system based around the premise that one could search for documents (pdf's) rather than drilling down through the category list to each individual file. I had everything in place went to search and returned with no result/no luck  Right now its not the end of the world but over time I can see it becoming an issue when I look to increase the number of documents on the website.

Hi,

just to get it right: So - at the moment the plugins for Joomla 3 are not available. Anyhow: Is there any way to link to the files "manually" without using plugins?

Best Regards
Holger

Hi, I also would like to know if there is a way of doing this manually in Joomla 3.0!

I love Phoca, great job!

Hi, I don't know, I didn't test it yet. After the components will be stable, I will update the plugins and modules and hope I will finish it before Joomla! 3 will be stable LTS.
