I need help

Exercise on a template Phoca_t. I have a problem at work slideshow.All I did well but
Gallery Slideshow level reduces the image size defaults from 970 x230px to 640 x 151px.
When inserting the pictures are square instead of rectangular. In another example from with same template (in work offline) all is OK. The procedure is identical and with the same pictures. What's the problem. I repeated the procedure several times with other categories and other images, but the same problem is always.

Hi,
your original image has the correct size 970px × 230px

Your large thumbnail of this image is 640px × 151px

So you should delete the wrong sized thumbnails by FTP and create them with 970px × 230px once more.
go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main -->
Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
Crop Thumbnails=None (or Medium and small thumbnails)

Images And Detail Window Size Settings -->
Large Image Width=970
Large Image Height=230
Save & Close

Now go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Images
The missing thumbails will be created once more with 970px × 230px
