Need automatic e-mail function

Hi,
sorry ... my english is not so "trained".

I want to use Phoca Download for a building company to make construction plans available for download - but only for a part of the registered users e.g. subcontractors - and the users are different for each construction plan.

The wish is to generate an info-email after upload to exact these selected users/subcontractors.

Can you help me?

Hi, in Phoca Dowload there is a feature to access downloads for registered and there is a function to send email (to selected user) while uploading and downloading. So this can be done with Phoca Download.

Hi Jan,
it should be possible to send automatic email to the "end"users that have accessrights for one special download (e.g. ... we have a new download for you ... please visit www.....) ... but the accessrights are different for each download and the users, that should be informed, is different.
