Hello, It seems like the 3.1.4 changed the way the template is processed by components. We have to wait for the update from Phoca. Lets be patient. Both Gallery and Downloads have this problem.

At the bottom of the page
http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla ... m_id=31565 there is a file called legacy.zip. I downloaded the file and installed it as I would any Joomla Extension (Extensions..Extension Manager). That seemed to fix the issue for me.
