User Uploads

I am working on a site and using Phoca Download as download manager for the clients. Its working excellent and no issues. However I want to know whether it is possible to upload the documents/files by the clients which can only be viewed/downloaded either by the clients themselves and by thye super user....? I am reproducing it as under -

1. The clients login and click on uploads
2. They choose the files and it is uploaded to the server
3. These uploaded files can only be viewed/downloaded by the clients who have uploaded and by the super administrator.

Please let me know whether it is doable...? If yes how....if no what are the options available to me in Joomla 3.1....?

Hi, for now you can set that the uploaded file can be authorized or not - to upload files in frontend and have some specific access rights, this needs to be customized (while uploading the rights will be set to display the file for user and admin)
