Good Morning,

I am having an issue with downloading files from my site. We have a large file store and when you navigate to any category and select any file it says (in Firefox) "the root object is missing or invalid" or "the file has been damaged or corrupted". I have checked on the files in the download folder in the back-end and can access them fine. I can also access them if I change the option "direct Link" to "YES".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, really no idea what kind of error this is, try to ask your webhosting provider if there are no limits to download the files, do you get the same problem in chrome, e.g.?
