Hi!

I'm using Joomla 3.1.5, with your latest version of Phoca Download (I believe 3.0).

I created a few categories, have a few hundreds files published, everything seems to be fine in the backend.
The thing is that when I go to the main Joomla page I don't see a way to see the categories of files I've uploaded.
Do I need to manually create a menu?

I don't have experience with Joomla, so if you could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thanks.

Yes, you need to create a menu link to Phoca Download Component.
backend --> Menus --> e.g. Main Menu --> New --> Select --> Phoca Download --> List Of Categories (Categories View)

Kind regards,

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I was able to create the menu, but when I go there, I don't see the categories listed, I just see 5 files listed as "most downloaded".
I have about 30 categories defined.

Any ideas what could be going on?
Thanks,

Solved! All the categories were dependant on a main category, which I had set to "guest".
The others became visible when I switched it to "public".
