New and Hot icons

Hi,

is there any way that I use my own New and Hot icons?

As I see paths for this icons are hardcoded in administrator/components/com_phocadownload/helpers/phocadownload.php

I know that I can upload my own icons and overwrite existing files in components/com_phocadownload/assets/images, but... will they be overwritten again when I upgrade the component?

Hi, depends on which version you are using, in latest versions, there is no more image but the text:

In older version you need to copy your own images after every upgrade - I think, there is no other better option

That's right I'm using an older version (for Joomla! 2.5). So, just as I thought
